Hospice Care
Emotional & Spiritual Guidance
Our chaplains, counselors, and social workers provide individualized emotional and spiritual support for patients and their families — honoring each person's beliefs, values, and unique journey.
End-of-life care involves far more than physical comfort. Our emotional and spiritual support team recognizes the profound personal and spiritual dimensions of this time and is dedicated to walking alongside each patient and family with compassion, patience, and deep respect.
We serve patients and families of all faith backgrounds and none. Our chaplains are experienced in providing non-denominational spiritual support, finding meaning and peace in ways that are personal and true to each individual's values and beliefs.
Our counselors provide therapeutic support to help patients and families process complex emotions — fear, grief, guilt, gratitude — and find moments of peace and connection amid difficulty.
Services include:
- Chaplaincy services for patients and family members
- Individual and family counseling sessions
- Life review and legacy conversations
- Spiritual and religious ritual support (prayer, readings, sacraments)
- Existential and meaning-centered therapy
- Coordination with community clergy or spiritual leaders when requested
