Hospice Care
Bereavement Support
At Pulse Home Health & Hospice, our bereavement support extends compassionate care to families and loved ones long after a patient's passing. Healing doesn't end with the hospice experience.
Our dedicated bereavement team — including trained counselors, social workers, and chaplains — provides individualized guidance tailored to your emotional and spiritual needs. Services include one-on-one counseling sessions, phone check-ins, grief resources, and educational materials designed to help you navigate the complex emotions of loss with understanding and hope.
We also offer support groups and memorial events where families can connect with others who share similar experiences, fostering a sense of community and reducing feelings of isolation.
Bereavement support is provided at no additional cost for up to 13 months following the loss of a loved one in our hospice program, ensuring ongoing access to professional care during this tender time.
Support services include:
- Individual grief counseling sessions
- Compassionate phone check-ins from our care team
- Grief resources and educational materials
